God is our one and only source and has given us "all things." Tithing is the way in which we acknowledge Him as the source of our supply.
Unity of Castro Valley operates solely from the generous tithes and donations of its members and supporters. And also tithes to the West Central Region of Unity Churches. We would greatly appreciate your support.
Charles Fillmore, in Prosperity, writes: To give successfully "first there must be a willing mind. God loves a cheerful giver. Second, the giving must be done in faith, not withholding because the offering seems small. Third, is that the offering shall be a just and fair proportion of all that one receives."
Lao-tzu wrote 2500 years ago, "The human spirit has its source in the divine fountain which must be permitted to flow freely through man. Anyone who flows as life flows has solved the enigma of human existence and needs no other power. Anything is evil that blocks the flow of creative action, and everything is healthy (prosperous) that flows with the Universe."
